Apple vs. Apple opens at Royal Courts in London

The historic case between two Apples, the Beatles' records company Apple Corps and Apple Computer Inc., began at the Royal Courts of Justice in London possibly symbolically with a rendition of the 1970s disco hit 'Le Freak' Wednesday as Justice Edward Mann heard the former's contention that Apple Computer violated an agreement by selling and distributing music through its highly popular iTunes online music store.
