Fabricio Oberto wore a sad smile while speaking longingly of the luxury Porsche SUV he had to dispose of in Spain earlier this summer. His new ride is a four-door Dodge station wagon more functional than flamboyant. His villa in the lively city of Valencia is empty now, too, his wife and baby daughter having already abandoned the Mediterranean coast to relocate deep in the heart of Texas.
