Seepage through Baby dam serious: Chief Engineer

Idukki (Kerala), Nov 13: The seepage through the Baby dam in Mullaperiyar, where the water level has risen in recent days, was "serious" and the Dam Safety Authority would be asked to carry out inspection at the site, Water Resources department Chief Engineer K Divakaran said here today.
