A walk a day keeps the heart doctor away

We have all known for years that exercise has health benefits. Here's yet another reason to get moving: Walking quickly for 30 minutes a day, 5 or more days a week, can really get your heart into shape. It can also improve your cholesterol. The only problem is, left to our own devices, it seems that if you tell us to exercise five days a week, we'll walk three. For a while. Then we'll stop. And this will not provide the benefits that have been shown to occur when you are walking for five days a week or more. Darn. Where are my shoes?
