SABCS: Low-dose Frequent Chemotherapy Plus Avastin Shows Activity in Breast Cancer

SAN ANTONIO - Chemotherapy in low doses given frequently, the so-called metronomic therapy, shows activity in advanced breast cancer when it is combined with the angiogenesis inhibitor Avastin (bevacizumab), according to investigators here.
