Kashmiri separatists welcome, Hindus oppose India-Pakistan talks

New Delhi/Jammu, Nov 15: Kashmiri separatists have welcomed the ongoing Foreign Secretary-level talks between India and Pakistan, but displaced and disgruntled Hindus have described the dialogue as a sell-out.
