Dalai Lama's Brother Slams Tougher Chinese Stance on Tibet

Gyalo Dhondup, a brother of Tibet’s exiled spiritual leader, the Dalai Lama, has lashed out at what he calls a “major shift in attitude” towards Tibet among Chinese officials.
