Austrian Bank Bawag agrees to settle Refco lawsuits

The troubled Austrian bank Bawag P.S.K. Group is about to conclude a deal to settle lawsuits it is facing in the U.S. over the 2005 collapse of Refco Inc, one of the world's largest commodities brokerages. The lawsuits are estimated to worth $1.3 billion.
