Blogger Beta and ecto

At the moment only ecto for Windows is compatible with Blogger Beta. Since ecto3 for MacOSX won't be ready in time and will only be for 10.4, I'm currently patching up a version of ecto2 that will be compatible with Blogger Beta. I hope to have it ready this week.
