Court rejects appeal on Brown's "Da Vinci Code"

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - The U.S. Supreme Court refused on Monday to hear an appeal by author Lewis Perdue who said that parts of Dan Brown's bestseller, "The Da Vinci Code," was copied from one of his novels.
