New Delhi, Nov 14: Politics and high stakes involved in Uttar Pradesh assembly elections next year are coming in the way of acquisition of land for a centre of the Rs 1,718 crore automotive research and testing project in Congress President Sonia Gandhi's constituency Rae Bareily.
