3 Russians Jailed for Racially Motivated Attacks on Foreign Nationals in St. Petersburg

Three Russian teenagers were sentenced to brief prison terms for their involvement in attacks on foreign nationals in St. Petersburg. None of the accused was found guilty of the 2004 killing of a Vietnamese student - the charge they had faced originally.
