14th Nov 2006, 02:26 GMT
Iain Dowie became the first Premier League casualty of the season on Monday when Charlton announced he was no longer the coach. The former Northern Ireland international striker, who took over from longstanding Alan Curbishley in May, lasted only 15 games in charge of the Addicks, who are last in the standings with only two league victories in 12 matches.
