Japan's DoCoMo, Rakuten plan online auctions

TOKYO (Reuters) - NTT DoCoMo Inc., Japan's biggest mobile phone operator, and Internet shopping mall Rakuten Inc. said they would offer online auctions for personal computers from Monday and for mobile phones from November 20.
