The Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) forum meetings, including the APEC Economic Leaders' Meeting, the APEC Ministerial Meeting and the Chief Executive Officer (CEQ) Summit are being held in Vietnam's capital Hanoi on Nov. 12-19.
