Isis Pharma's shares soar on cholesterol-drug Phase II data

NEW YORK (MarketWatch) -- Shares of Isis Pharmaceuticals Inc. hit a three-and-a-half-year high Monday, gaining on clinical-trial results that showed one of its drug candidates was safe and effective at fighting so-called "bad" cholesterol.
