International Ice Hockey Federation councillor Frank Gonzalez doesn't want to see another game at the world junior hockey championship like Canada's 4-0 win over Norway on Thursday. The game was like watching paint dry because Russian referee Rafail Kadyrovin called 45 minor penalties, including 21 in the first 33 minutes.
