Japan's DoCoMo, Rakuten plan online auctions

TOKYO (Reuters) - NTT DoCoMo Inc. , Japan's biggest mobile phone operator, and Internet shopping mall Rakuten Inc. said they would offer online auctions for personal computers from Monday and for mobile phones from November 20.
