Lung Problems for 9/11 Rescuers More Widespread: Study (HealthDay)

Almost 70 percent of rescue personnel and workers who responded to the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks on the World Trade Center in New York City suffered from lung problems during and after the recovery efforts.
