Rizk puts procedures in motion to purge judiciary of incompetence

Justice Minister Charles Rizk has taken the first step on the path to reform of the judiciary by putting in motion the necessary procedures to purge the department of incompetence. With the aim of implementing Article 95 of the law regulating the judiciary, Rizk met with the president of the Judicial Inspection Commission, Magistrate Mohammad Ali Awaida.
