Civilian Government is Good for Ghanaians

DEMOCRACY DOES not guarantee a country's success but it guarantees its opportunity. It is an opportunity that Ghanaians are determined not to waste. Ghana's successful transition to a fully functioning, multi-party democracy is only part of what marks the country as one of the African continent's all-too-rare success stories.
