County Sending Out 2,500 Questionnaires on Comprehensive Plan

By Reid Magney, La Crosse Tribune, Wis. Nov. 14--La Crosse County planners are going to the public for help with the new comprehensive plan. This week, they're mailing surveys to 2,500 La Crosse County households.
