-The National Football Foundation and College Hall of Fame is moving its corporate headquarters from Morristown, N.J., to this Dallas suburb. The nonprofit foundation was founded in 1947 to promote amateur football. It consists of 12,000 members in 47 states, and employs 43 full-time and 104 part-time employees.
