Most firms use CPF cut to offset their costs: survey

A majority of Singapore companies have used the 3 per cent CPF cuts in employer contributions instituted in October 2003 to offset company costs rather than channelling them back to employees via bonuses or benefits, a study by human resources consultancy Watson Wyatt has found out.
