Lebanese back tribunal in death

BEIRUT -- Pushing ahead despite threats of street violence and unrest, a depleted and defiant Lebanese Cabinet yesterday unanimously approved a UN plan for an international court to try the alleged killers of former Prime Minister Rafik Hariri.
