Bearingpoint says SEC starts formal probe (Reuters)

Reuters - Consulting firm BearingPoint Inc. , which has been troubled by past accounting problems and a government probe, on Wednesday said the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission has launched a formal probe in connection with the company's business dealings.
