(AFP) - French chef Didier Corlou(R) checks some cooked prawns at the kitchen of the national convention center in Hanoi. For the past month, the Frenchman -- known for combining refined Western and traditional Vietnamese ingredients -- has concocted various dishes and consulted Vietnamese tasters to come up with the menus for Saturday's feasts.(AFP/Laurent Fievet)
