Talk about high-speed Internet access. A new system called TracNet allows users to surf the Net while riding in a vehicle. What you need: a $1,995 TracNet system that includes a receiver, a wireless keyboard and remote, antenna and a 3W booster that is supposed to provide extended range; broadband access from Verizon Wireless at $59.99 or $79.99 a month; and MSN TV service for $10 a month.
