(AFP) - The Iraqi higher education ministry's building in Baghdad. Armed men in military-style uniforms seized 100 people from a Sunni-led ministry in broad daylight, stinging the Shiite-led Iraqi government into detaining five police chiefs.(AFP/Sabah Arar)
