NEW YORK - The New York Yankees' scripted a great escape last night thanks to a blown call as well as their own resilience. Melky Cabrera homered to give them a delayed 5-4 win over the Seattle Mariners The Yankees gave manager Joe Torre a winning gift on his 66th birthday.
