Fund providers must think globally, act flexibly

SEATTLE (MarketWatch) -- The most likely way to provide investment "solutions" (higher returns at lower risks) is to search globally for opportunities, concentrate during bear market periods in sectors with the strongest positive trends and, during bear markets, invest in bear-market funds if bear trends are stronger than bull trends.
