Horizon Air reaches deals with two unions

Horizon Air, the regional carrier of Alaska Air Group Inc., said it reached a tentative three-year agreement with the union representing more than 400 of its mechanics. The carrier also said its dispatchers' union has agreed to a new three-year deal.
