Third Time a Charm for $30 Car Tabs?

Washington Initiative guru Tim Eyman used Tuesday’s election to promote a new measure to roll back car tab taxes to a flat 30-dollars. Washington voters have approved similar initiatives twice. Both were struck down by the courts.
