Stratagene to Appeal Patent Jury Verdict in FullVelocity Infringement Case

Stratagene Corp, a developer, manufacturer and marketer of specialized life science research and diagnostic products, will appeal the jury verdict in favor of the plaintiff in the matter of 3rd Wave Technologies vs Stratagene, heard in the US District Court for the Western District of WI.
