(AP) - Naples hospital surgeon Dr. Fusco (first name not available), begins to treat the left hand and arm of an unidentified man who was wounded while celebrating the coming of the New Year with powerful firecrakers, in Naples, southern Italy, Sunday Jan. 1, 2006.
