BMW 6 Series get HD Radio in 2006

BMW will include HD Radio technology akin to those found in the 2006 7 Series with its 2006 6 Series vehicles as well from October 2005 onwards. Developed by iBiquity Digital Corporation, this technology allows to receive enhanced quality, noise-free reception. Benefits include CD like quality on digital FM stations with no static noise or hisses and pops. The HD Radio is available for $500. [Via Gadgetry Blog]
