5th Sep 2005, 17:27 GMT
About 480,000 pairs of Surf Club Arm Bands have been recalled by the CPSC because or reports of the seams bursting on the bands, causing them to deflate. The bands, sold through CVS Pharmacy, have been recalled to prevent injuries or drowning in the event of a burst seam. These bands were sold nationwide from April 2003 through August 2005 for about $1. If you own the Surf Club Arm Bands, return them to CVS for a refund.
