Report sees strong growth if California makes right moves

California could add 3 million jobs and attract 5 million new residents in the next 10 years, if the state solves problems about education, housing, the availability of water and transportation, according to a new study released today by the Palo Alto-based Center for Continuing Study of the California Economy.
