UCLA to Sponsor Landmark Trial of Prometa for Methamphetamine Dependence

Hythiam, a healthcare services mgmt company that delivers to treatment providers proprietary administrative services and physiological protocols designed to treat substance dependence, announced that the Integrated Substance Abuse Program at Univ of CA, Los Angeles has chosen to sponsor a multi-site, double-blind, placebo-controlled study on the Prometa treatment protocol for methamphetamine dependence.
