RUSSIA REACTS TO 'SCANDAL' IN BRUSSELS

Vladimir Chizhov, who is Russia's ambassador to the EU, said in Brussels on November 13 that he is not surprised by the Polish position on Russian ratification of the Energy Charter as a prerequisite for talks, euronews.net reported.
