De-addicting junkie jailbirds in UK infringes their human rights!

London, Nov 13: An attempt by prison chiefs to force almost 200 junkies to quit drugs while they were behind bars, has resulted in the Tony Blair Government forking out nearly two million pounds (10,000 pounds each) in payouts.
