(Reuters) - A 100-peso bill circulating in Manila bears the misspelled last name of Philippines's President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo in Manila November 21, 2005. The central bank says the note, printed by a currency printer in Europe in time for the Christmas spending spree, remains legal tender. The president's last name is spelled 'Arrovo' in the note.
