MADRID, SPAIN (MARKET WIRE) Telvent GIT S.A. (NASDAQ: TLVT), the Global RealTime IT Company, announced today that it has signed an agreement to acquire the business and assets of Maexbic S.A., the leading provider of public transportation ticketing technology in Spain. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
