(AP) - A British soldier kneels while on patrol in Basra, Iraq's second-largest city, Monday, Nov. 13, 2006. Four British servicemen were killed and three injured in an attack on a patrol boat in Basra, the Ministry of Defense in London said Sunday. The brief statement said the soldiers were part of a multinational force, patrolling the Shatt al-Arab waterway in Basra. (AP Photo/Nabil Al Jurani)
