(Reuters) - A Kashmiri girl holding her brother strolls at a makeshift camp in Muzaffarabad, the capital of Pakistan-administered Kashmir, about 130 km (80 miles) north of Islamabad, November 3, 2005. Kashmiri Muslims prepare for Eid al-Fitr, to mark the end of the holy fasting month of Ramadan on Thursday. The Pakistani government on Wednesday dramatically increased the official death toll from the devastating earthquake that hit the north of the country last month to 73,276 and said it could rise further.
