Scientists at Carnegie Institution's Geophysial Laboratory can now grow single-crystal 300 carat (one inch, or 2.5 cm) colorless diamond at a rate of over 300 micrometers per hour, and 1 millimeter per hour may be possible. Read More (142 bytes, 5 comments)
