Iraqi, U.S. Forces Enter Tal Afar

10 September 2005 (RFE/RL) -- Iraqi Prime Minister Ibrahim Ja'fari says Iraqi and U.S. forces have entered the northwestern town of Tal Afar to rid the area of suspected terrorists.
