Clarke Plugs New Terror Laws To EU

Charles Clarke is to try to convince other European politicians to back controversial anti-terror moves.The Home Secretary wants ministers to rethink the European Convention on Human Rights to make the deportation of terror suspects easier in the wake of the July 7 bombings.
