Edifecs announced it has entered into an agreement to license Edifecs SpecBuilder and XEngine software to Marlborough, Mass.-based Workscape Workscape is a full-range provider of outsourced benefits and workforce mgmt solutions including outsourced benefits administration, compensation mgmt, performance mgmt, employee self-service and manager self-service, as well as an employee portal.
