Restaurant owner fills his plate with expansion plans

Cameron Mitchell, 43, has been a student of the restaurant industry since 1979 and started Cameron Mitchell Restaurants in 1993, where he has continued as a student ever since. He says he's "held every position there is to hold in a restaurant" at some point in his career, including all the administrative and marketing tasks that go along with running a business. He has also delivered newspapers and cut grass.
